Studying or working from home, travel restrictions, event cancellations, and reduced face-to-face contact with friends and loved ones are all precautionary measures taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19. However, whilst these actions will help reduce the spread of the virus, if neglected, social distancing could have a negative impact on our wellbeing.
