Our research covers student attitudes towards sustainable food, including their views on food production, purchasing and consumption.

  • Student Eats tracker survey - This research supports our Student Eats food growing and enterprise programme.  It covers perceptions of local, organic and higher welfare food, as well as the influence of sustainability on food shopping habits.  Read more about the research here.
